SAANVI & CO — SHIPPING POLICY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

Effective 2025

Saanvi & Co ships all orders within Australia using Australia Post.
Every order is carefully packed by us and lodged directly at an Australia Post outlet.

This policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods and your responsibilities when placing an order.


1. WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

We deliver to:

  • PO Boxes

  • Parcel Lockers

  • Parcel Collect locations

  • Residential and business addresses


2. PROCESSING TIME

We personally prepare and pack each order to ensure safe delivery.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 pm: packed the same evening

  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm: processed the next business day

Parcels are lodged with Australia Post in the evening or the next morning.

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (Christmas, sales), processing may take 2–3 business days.


3. SHIPPING OPTIONS & FEES

Standard Shipping (Australia Post)

Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days
(Longer for WA, NT, TAS, and rural/regional areas)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to Australia Post operations.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

All orders come with tracking.

Once your order is lodged at Australia Post, you will receive:

  • A tracking number

  • A tracking link

  • A confirmation email

5. DELIVERY DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

After we lodge your parcel, it is handled by Australia Post.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post network congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Redirections

  • Public holidays

  • Delivery centre backlogs

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer addresses

Once your parcel is lodged, risk of loss passes to the customer, as per Australia Post guidelines.

For delayed or missing items, please lodge a tracking enquiry directly with Australia Post.


6. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.

Saanvi & Co is not responsible for:

  • Parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer

  • Parcels returned to sender due to incomplete or invalid addresses

  • Costs associated with re-shipping

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.


7. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)

Australia Post may deliver parcels with Authority to Leave if the location is deemed safe.

If a parcel is marked “delivered” and subsequently lost or stolen, Saanvi & Co cannot be held responsible.

If you prefer Signature on Delivery, please email us before placing your order.


8. UNCLAIMED / RETURNED PARCELS

If a parcel is unclaimed or returned to us:

  • You will be contacted

  • A re-shipping fee will be required

  • Refunds are not provided for unclaimed parcels (unless required under ACL for faulty/incorrect items)


9. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to fast evening processing:

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed

  • If you need urgent help, email us immediately at info@saanviandco.com.au

We will do our best to assist before your order is packed.
