Overall had a great experience shopping at your online store. The free gifts were a pleasant surprise and added a nice and thoughtful touch to the experience. The only thing is improvement needed to the packaging. One of the earring was out the draw string pouch. Some inside the pouch and some weren’t. One bracelet was in a gift box while the other one was in a draw string pouch. Looked messy.
